Congratulations to Brian Sugden with this image entitled 'Great Blue Heron'. Brian from Surrey has won 6 months membership to The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers.

Brian tells us about the image ''The image was taken at the J N ‘Ding’ Darling nature reserve on Sanibel Island, Florida. It was taken using a Canon EOS 1D III with a Canon 500mm f4 L IS lens and 1.4 converter, tripod mounted. The settings were 1/500 second at f8 and ISO 200."
