Affliated to PAGB - MCPFClub Meetings: Our season is Thursdays 7.45 - 10 p.m. from beginning of September to end of April
Competitions: Five "Open" competitions plus two named subjects per season
Galleries YesExhibitions: We have had one exhibition earlier this year in conjunction with a local art group which was held over a weekend period. We are keeping open the idea of another one next year.
Outings and Social events We have occasional meetings with members during the summer months, perhaps at a local beauty spot for a photo session or a talk and chat at a country Pub. We also have a Christmas Dinner and end of season dinner and presentation of awards evening.History: The club was first started in 1945 and has continued from that date. We have had varioud venues where we can meet throughout the City and now have use of the above community hall for our weekly meetings.
We had a very successful 60 year event in 2005 where we had displays of war-time memorabilia and some of us wore 1940's garb.
