Mentoring – Positive feedback on your images

If you have ever wanted to get positive feedback on your images then our mentoring programme is ideal for you.

Your images will be reviewed by one of our leading industry experts and a written report provided so you can gain insightful information, which will help take your photography to the next level.

Mentoring is provided to members to help them achieve higher standards of photography and work towards gaining meaningful distinctions and qualifications.

Tale the following steps to prepare your images

Select 20 images in one genre
Resize to 2000 pixels on the longest side
Number the images 01 through to 20
Create a contact sheet with all 20 images
Save as jpgs
Compress into a zipped folder
Complete the simple applications for which will direct you to our upload facility
Your mentoring report will then be returned to you as soon as possible

Points to remember

Take the time to finish the images in postproduction, this includes:

Adjusting exposure, contrast and brightness
Adjusting colours, hues, tones, saturation and light levels
Cropping
Removing distractions
Controlling tonality
Straighten image especially horizon lines
